28/02/09: 47773 on the rear of a steam charter hauled by 60007, 1Z59 York-Birmingham New Street at Moorthorpe loops. It must be pointed out that rules on the railway have evolved over the years because of incidents, rules that are usually strictly obeyed and make the railway a much safer place - the person seen here trespassing, against the law, is next to a running line. He, and others, might think that "it's OK because there are no trains coming" on that line but it is this complacency that can one day lead to a serious injury or worse. This coincides, timely, with a mention on WNXX.com regarding wondering around privately owned property photographing. If you like the railway, please respect it. |
